Temples

'I tell you, something greater than the temple is here. '

Matthew 12:6 ESV

God isn’t the god of churches but the God that is greater than the church building and greater than the temples of old.

He is the one who makes the temple holy and the one who makes the church whole.

Without Jesus, the temple is unholy and the church is empty.

God didn’t design man to live life alone from Christ’s presence, in the same way the holy of holies wasn’t complete without the presence of God.

Without the indwelling of the Spirit and reign of Jesus, there is no bodily temple. It is an empty building, void of life and love.

It creeks and leaks without end. Let the spirit of God and the Lord Jesus reign in your hearts always!
